A project from his tenure at the American Academy in Rome, video artist Adam Chapman took footage of starlings during the roosting hours of twilight above Rome.  Merging video, the moving swarms of the birds, with the traditional medium of drawing, a hidden layer of drawing paper, Adam seeks to merge technology with more traditional artistic practices and aesthetics.
