Individually embroidered black feathers hang suspended from a sheer tulle base on this beautifully textured and three dimensional couture fabric. 

The pencil skirt is a timeless shape lengthened by a high waist so that it might be easily paired with any style top.  Worn with a nude leg or black tights the semi-transparent netting at the bottom hem is a perfect finish to the elegant style.

This fabric is a limited edition and we only have two remaining.  Size Small (Waist 27" to 29") and Size Medium (Waist 29" to 31").
