The bias racer tank shape is a classic silhouette that uses a bias cut to turn a woven into the stretch and ease of a knit.  The shape is a perfectly simple tank with a low cut front neckline and racer back which allow the shoulder straps to sit close to the nape of the neck and highlight shoulder bones.

Our chain maille lace is born of a 19th century heritage.  To this day the lace is woven on a turn-of-the-century loom in France and we have developed this iconic chain maille pattern in both silver or gold. 

For this special edition of our classic racer tank we are floating our chain maille lace on top of our gown weight silk satin and hand stitching it into place.  The result is a beautiful top to wear under a jacket or on its own.

Available this season in three colorways:  gold chain maille with black satin, gold chain maille with pale pink satin and silver chain maille with black satin.
